Spring Projects

You may have noticed recently, several projects have been in process throughout all three courses. This post will detail several of those projects and there current status.

Blue Heron #1 tee was cleaned up and sodded this past week. The Heron also has had several damaged cart paths replaced and other areas sodded.

         

Marsh Hawk #2 will soon have a new tee added to its collection. This picture shows a tractor laser leveling the tee box to be completely flat. This tee has been completed and within a few short weeks will be ready for play.

     

The picture on the left shows a tractor laser leveling the new red tee box on Marsh Hawk #1. The picture on the right is the completed project and once the sod grows a root system in a few short weeks, the tee box will be ready for play.

The walkway leading to Blackheath’s 18 green has been under renovation for the past few weeks. This walk way is being rebuilt to widen the walk way to allow maintenance equipment such as mowers, sprayer, etc., easier access to the green without damaging the walkway. This project will be completed shortly.
